Sprint needed a physical location to facilitate cultural change in the companies approach to design thinking. The objective would be to have a space that would be used to both design and showcase forward looking concepts that would serve as a guidepost for tactical work. To be successful the space had to be technologically advanced yet stay within the constraints of a conservative budget. The space needed to show a positive ROI. It was also imperative to position it where employees and executives would frequently be near by to drive traffic, awareness and ultimately adoption.
